Exclusive Beauty Club is proud to offer the convenience of subscriptions to our customers for great savings on some of your favorite dermatologist recommended products your purchase from us!
You will be charged the day your Exclusive Beauty Club Subscription order is placed. It will renew and you will be charged on the subscription cycle that you choose based on the date your ordered. When you place an order for a subscription, you will be charged immediately and your first product will be shipped out immediately.
Any percentage savings on subscriptions are displayed on the product detail pages of all participating products. Subscriptions orders do not qualify for promotions and gift with purchases offers that are not specific to the subscription program.
How do I begin a subscription?
Subscribe today by selecting the "Subscribe" tab on the product page. Select the delivery schedule that works for you in the “Deliver every” drop-down menu and create your subscription.
Do I get notifications when my subscription order ships?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being shipped from our warehouse, along with any tracking information.
Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes, there is no commitment once you subscribe. You can cancel your subscription, update your delivery address, delay your delivery by up to two cycles and update payment details all from within your Account section.
Is shipping free?
Shipping on all future subscription orders is free. For the initial purchase, your must spend over $50 on your entire order for free shipping. See our Shipping Page for more information.
Subscription Changes or Cancellations:
If you would like to make changes to your subscription, simply log into your account and click 'Subscriptions'. You may pause, skip, change or cancel the scheduled delivery up until the day prior to the next shipment date.
