Do you offer expedited shipping?

If  you need your order right away, we currently offer same day processing. When you select this option, orders placed by 2PM EST Monday - Friday, will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Monday  - Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed first thing the next business day.


Can I pick up my order?

Exclusive Beauty Club offers Pick-Up option if you live in the Miami/South Florida are. Please refer to our Local Pickup Option for more details.


How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed by the next business day. Shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed.

*Delivery to U.S. only. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only

*Dangerous goods cannot ship via Air

*Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday

*Orders received after 2:00pm EST are shipped out the next business day

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please check your spam or junk folder as it may have ended up there. If you are logged into your account when you placed your order, you will also be able to check your order status within your account.


My package is tracking as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

If you just received an email notifying you that your package has been delivered, but you’re not seeing it at your home, please be patient! A lot of times USPS will scan packages at their facilities before they are actually delivered. We know this is extremely frustrating and confusing, but they do it to save time while the mail carriers are on the road. Please contact us if you don’t receive the package by the end of the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Exclusive Beauty Club uses Shopify Markets Pro for all international shipping through DHL. Transit times maybe vary. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for handling.
